This program is designed to support children in developing strong foundations for balance, posture, and coordinated movement. Sessions will focus on playful, age-appropriate activities that challenge balance reactions, core strength, body awareness, and movement control in a supportive and encouraging environment. These skills are important for confidence in everyday activities such as running, jumping, climbing, and participating in sport and play.
Age groups:
• 5–7 years
• 8–10 years
This program is suitable for children who may appear a little unsteady, tire easily, avoid physical play, or find coordination more challenging than their peers.
