The Coordination Programmes are designed to support children who find movement skills more challenging, particularly when tasks require timing, sequencing, balance, or using both sides of the body together. Sessions focus on developing coordination, motor planning, body awareness, and confidence through structured yet playful movement experiences.

Using a neurodevelopmental and physiotherapy-informed approach, activities will be adapted to each child’s developmental stage and individual needs. The emphasis is on helping children feel more capable and confident in their movement, supporting participation in everyday activities, play, and sport.

Age groups:
• 5–7 years
• 8–10 years

These programmes may suit children who appear clumsy or awkward in their movements, struggle to learn new motor skills, avoid physical play, or become easily frustrated with movement-based tasks. Sessions are supportive, encouraging, and designed to meet children where they are.
