Injury Prevention Programmes
The Injury Prevention Program aims to help children build strength, control, and movement awareness to support safe participation in sport and physical activity. The focus will be on developing good movement patterns, improving joint control, balance, and flexibility, and gradually building resilience in a way that is appropriate for growing bodies. Sessions will be guided by physiotherapy principles and adapted to the developmental stage of each age group.
Age groups:
• 8–10 years
• 11–13 years
This program may suit children who are active in sport, returning after injury, or experiencing frequent aches, pains, or movement difficulties during training or play. These groups are coming soon. If you would like to be notified when bookings open, please contact me to register your interest.
